Unauthorized use of our proprietary calculation logic or JavaScript code is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property All content, logos (designed for VKCalc), custom tool logic, and design elements are the intellectual property of VK Tax & Financial Expert. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this site without written consent.
4. User Conduct Users are prohibited from:
Attempting to interfere with the website’s security or “hacking” the tool logic.
Using our “Contact Form” or “WhatsApp” link for spam or illegal activities.
5. Modification of Service We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any tool or service at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in the Finance Act or tax regulations.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh/Delhi (adjust to your specific location).
